Grief Process to work the whole pattern

Use this when the hurt is still active, the loss is still open, or the unfinished part keeps showing up. Stay with the part that still has teeth.

IF

IF you have worked the first layers and i do not know whether to forgive still has weight

THEN

  1. Lay out the full knot: what happened, what it cost, and what still matters.
  2. Say what you will carry forward and what you will not.
  3. Check the part of the story that keeps repeating on its own.
  4. Choose the next action that fits what matters, not what is loudest.
  5. Leave without pretending the whole thing is solved.

WHY

This works because unfinished grief and regret keep returning when they have nowhere to land. A 30 minutes process gives the feeling a place to move without pretending it is done.
