Ride Your Demons • loop-breaker

I can't stop overthinking — Deep Work

This is the deeper version. You are not just interrupting the loop. You are mapping it, understanding it, and replacing it with a stronger pattern.

Work through

  1. Map the loop from trigger to action in detail.
  2. Name the fear, loss, or pressure underneath the loop.
  3. Identify the payoff the loop gives you, even if it is temporary.
  4. Write a cleaner pattern you want to practice instead.
  5. Choose one boundary and one next action that support the new pattern.

Next path

You do not need to solve everything in one pass. Choose the next path that feels closest to what is still active.
