This is a deeper Scar Map pass. The goal is to understand the wound, the meaning attached to it, and the path forward from it.

Work through

  1. Map the wound and the memory patterns connected to it.
  2. Name what was lost and what still feels unresolved.
  3. Identify the meaning you attached to the pain about yourself, others, or life.
  4. Write what is true now, not just what was true at the worst moment.
  5. Choose one act of repair, one boundary, and one next path.

You do not need to solve everything in one pass. Choose the next path that feels closest to what is still active.
